Freewarehome is one of the sites which always comes to my mind whenever i need to download an software,tools and maybe have some fun with my computer with some funky tools.You name it and they have it.Freeware Home is nicely and cleanly designed.Though when you first look at the site you may find it,un-modern and boring to look at but don't go on its looks ,it is an site with an huge database of things you always wanted on your computer.
